SNATI Saint-Jean-d'Angély - SARP Sud Ouest

"We were concerned that the engineer did not arrive on time for our fosse cleaning but the office reassured us that after problems with the truck in the morning the work would be completed that day- with no time given. Seven in the evening arrived. No engineer. About ten minutes later the bloke arrived, full of concern and apologies and did all he had to do. More than that- the office had given him incorrect info and he didn’t have enough room in his truck for removal of all waste. He was full of apologies but took his full truck to empty it - at wherever such things are based - and returned that later in evening to complete the task as promised. He didn’t leave us til 9.30 pm. On a Friday night. When he should have finished at lunchtime. And he was so polite and apologetic you could not have been annoyed about the delay. We have used this company before- reasonable price, prompt and good service. We will certainly use them again"

"The service by SNATI was exemplary. We called at the office where someone was found to speak to us in English to supplement my pathetic French. An operative came next day, did an excellent job, and used his phone to explain in English, even down to translating the facture. Very reasonable cost relieving us of a very nasty problem, first class."

"Excellent rapid and professional service, very friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend them"
