"TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN REFERENCE FROM AUSTRALIAN'S WHO PURCHASED MAISON DE MAITRE IN THE CENTRE OF SALIES IN 2012 FROM BEARN IMMOBELIER. It is with much appreciation that we write this testimonial about you and your agency When we met in 2012 we informed you of our purchase preferences and through your contacts you introduced us to our house in Salies which upon inspection ticked all our boxes and through your professional and helpful assistance you made our buying experience a pleasure. The assistance you offered during the renovation and building process by recommending artisans, introducing us to them personally also with utilitiy company connections, furniture and appliance contacts and of course international settlement matters was so very much appreciated and unexpected, all these seemingly simple matters and much more would have been very difficult without your connections and translation assistance. When we decided to sell many years later in order to be closer to our daughter and her family in Spain it was always a simple decision as to whom to contract and trust with the sale of our wonderful home, again your advice and campaign was exact and professional and resulted in a sale which all parties are extremely pleased with. We hope the new owners love the house as much as we did and that they have a wonderful life in Salies at Pavilion de Navarre. Paul and Cheryl Maine ,Perth Australia.July 2020."
