"We visited this lovely bar on a few occasions for both drinks and food. We enjoyed a set lunch menu on one day and sharing boards on a different evening visit. The service and ambiance were excellent and we would 100% recommend."

"I couldn’t wait to try this lovely new wine bar. We went for lunch on Friday and it really was top notch. The decoration and colours in the bar are really chic. I especially like the installation on the ceiling with various photographs. It was very personal very nice. Swan our waiter and Thierry the boss were really great. Amicable and jovial without being intrusive. The wine was exactly what we wanted for Friday lunchtime. It was a really nice Malbec reasonably priced. I could not decide which one of the plates to choose, but my carnivorous instincts took over and I went for the ‘Viandes’ it was all good, but the duck with aragumes was so delicious. I highly recommend a visit, it’s a great place for couples, or small groups to assemble and have a good catch up. Thank you very much for a great lunch. See you again."

"An incredible new addition to Salies. The wine is of a high standard but you don’t have to break the bank, starting at 8 euros for a carafe (half a bottle) going all the way up. My new favourite spot for a drink in Salies. Need to try the food next, it looks great."

What made our day trip a real treat was chef Thierry and his staff. He combines his experiences from cooking abroad with invaluable knowledge about products and wines from the region. We had an unforgettable lunch. Recommendable: The wines from Domain Mont d'Oraas."

"Stopped for lunch. Sirloin, salad and baked potato. The chef cooked my steak just how I asked. It was delicious. I tasted their pizza too. Delicious again. Love atmosphere with superb service."
