"Spéracèdes Immobilier was recommended to us when we decided to sell our house . Brigitte and Nicolas responded very good to our needs and proved to be professionals in the preparation , selling and aftersales services . We appreciated very much the friendly and punctual personal contacts during the whole process. We shall certainly recommend their agency."
"We first met Nicolas Flory and the Spéracèdes Imobilier team in 2021 when were vacationing in the French Riviera with the purpose of buying our first home in France. Even though we could not commit at the time, Nicolas Flory exceeded our expectations by explaining to us the entire process of buying a property in France. We officially moved to France in 2022, and the Spéracèdes Immobilier team has been very welcoming and helpful. Many thanks to Nicolas Flory for being an ally, a friend, and incredible advisor during our home search. Spéracèdes Immobilier has earned our highest possible recommendation."
