"This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. From the service, to the food, to the spa, the atmosphere, and the music-everything is perfect! The breakfasts are ideal, with everything you could possibly need. The staff is impeccable, the spa, the treatments, and the ladies working there are amazing. In the evening, you can enjoy a delicious dinner with perfect wine, but what truly takes your breath away is the bar, which turns into a concert in the evening. Live music is an incredible experience! Top!"
"We were so pleased with the Hotel's concierge desk the exemplary performance in resolving our delivery issue with a fashion boutique. His assistance was invaluable in correcting the problem with the boutique quickly and efficiently. We appreciate the dedication and professionalism shown throughout the process. The efforts made were truly commendable especially when it was an issue with our personal shopping and nothing to do with our stay in the hotel. It truely elevated our experience in Paris. The hotel's Butler was also amazing in assisting us in every way during our stay. The butler whatsapp line was a very efficient and helpful. Restaurant reservation through them was thoughtful and very detailed. They ensured that all our requirements were fulfilled. The spacious room offered plenty of comfort and style. Natural light streamed in, highlighting the beautiful decor. Every detail seemed carefully chosen to create a relaxing atmosphere It truly felt like a home away from home, a perfect retreat. The room also comes with Eiffel Tower view. This lovely accommodation comes highly recommended for a truly enjoyable stay. Thank you to the amazing team in Hôtel de Crillon."
"We checked into this magnificent property after leaving the Shangri-La due to that hotel actively inviting social influencers into the hotel, disturbing the guests in a profound, unnecessary and gross way. You would never experience something like this at Le Crillon -- it would just be too disgusting for them to even entertain. After its magnificent renovation -- rebuilding, really -- this property now sits atop the pyramid of uber-luxury hotels anywhere in the world. Inside the magnificent 18th century exterior is a new, but serene and entirely sumptuous home away from home. To a person, the staff is cheerful, helpful, and professional in the specifically perfect manner only the French are able to achieve. I cannot say enough about our experience, and if you are considering the "Palace Hotels" of Paris, my advice is to choose Le Crillon."
"I was tired so decided to spend a relaxing night in my room. Ordered a croque monsieur from service expecting one of the best I have enjoyed across France...instead it was easily worst...miniscule amount of cheese and meat, no cheese at all on top...fries were a couple of levels down from McDonalds ...stale and cold. Better room service food at the best western in my hometown...unbelievable for a storied hotel of this quality ...oh yeah, the price was 69 euros. An easy 5 without this experience...but wanted to share because I found it so remarkable"
"After having a lovely Christmas tea here in December, we decided this was the place to stay in Paris for our 25th wedding anniversary. And it did not disappoint. From the beautiful decor to the ever-smiling, gracious staff, to the best vanilla bean millefeuille we've ever had, this stay was a treat. The Crillon really knows how to make guests feel taken care of, from the thoughtful amenities in the room to the personalized butler service. And we really appreciated the sweet anniversary wishes that we enjoyed all week. Thank you for a very memorable stay."
