"We absolutely loved this apartment and the location was ideal, located on a residential street of Ste. Maxime, steps from the waterfront, easy walk to the town center, covered market, and views that were magnificent. The apartment, completely renovated, was spacious and ideal for two couples. Balcony is narrow but still a big plus to enjoy the views and a glass of rosé."
"Unsanitary, unreliable, aggressive, unprofessional ———— If we could give less stars we would. Horrible experience with ELOC-IMMO. We literally ran from the rental as soon as we could, the mazet was so dirty and rundown. They ask almost 2k for this mazet + a deposit of €800 on top, the least you can expect is compliance with airbnb hygiene regulations. Appareantly deep cleaning and simple upkeep are not in their standards, neither is professionalism or customer service. The cleaning crew they sent also didn't do a deep clean. On the phone we were literally told by the agency to clean the garden ourselves, it wasn't their responsibility. Pics are from after the cleaning crew left, we have tons more. What's worse is their utter lack of professionalism and customer service. They were very threatening in their communication towards us. Didn't hesitate to lie to Airbnb when we reported about several things, (when we had literal proof of everything, we filmed and took pictures) and sabotaged as much as they could in order to avoid returning the deposit. Which in the end our bank managed to return to us, not them. Apart from having to quickly find new accommodation, we ended up not only having to get legal advice in order to get them to comply. But also cutting our vacation short because they kept dragging this mess along. It truly ended up ruining our vacation. Fortunately for us Airbnb gave us a full refund and they've put this agency on official notice. We do not recommend this agency to anyone! From family Vlamings"
"We passed one discovery week in St.Maxime at Corinnes place that we adored as well as the flat owner who was polite, responsive, and ready to help in small troubleshooting issurs of use of Home installed devices. The apartment Soleil d'Or 2 was just perfect for resting on calm, 5 min from sand beach with beautifully arranged garden,all at ground level. One point only, there is zero shop (you need to take a bus or car to go to the city). The agency is correct, keeping regular contact with us at arrival and before the leave. All passed professionally well and I warmly recommend ! We will be back for longer holidays next year"
