"Extremely disappointing experience. Our account has been repeatedly blocked, preventing us from using our credits. Every time I logged in, I saw the same message: “RocketLinks has changed a lot since you last used it!” Despite multiple requests to unblock the account, the issue kept recurring. By the time it was resolved, I had moved on to other tasks—only to find the account blocked again later. Most recently, I requested an unblock two weeks ago and received no response on unblocking. Now our credits have been removed due to a two-year expiration policy, even though we were actively blocked from using them. This is an unfair and frustrating experience. I cannot recommend the platform."
