"The worst agency I have contacted in my life. Highly unprofessional. I rarely write a bad review but this agency deserves it. They have wasted almost 20 days of my life where I was anxiously waiting for their decision. I contacted them for an apartment in Marseille. I gave all the files they asked. Nobody can imagine how many documents they are asking for. I have exchanged more than 20 emails with them. My guarantor also sent several documents of his. I was so anxious about the decision. Over phone they are telling me everything is fine and then they fix visits with other people. I know about the visits, because the person leaving the apartment was a mutual friend. And then after making me wait for so long they sent an email saying your file cannot be approved. There is no reason they mentioned why it’s not approved. No apologies for wasting my time. Nothing. Maybe the experience for other people are different. Maybe I don’t speak french or I am not French that they are treating me differently. But this was the worst experience I have ever had in my life with an agency."
"My experience with this agency was terrible. They told me my application was fine, but then, after three long weeks of waiting, they suddenly rejected it. I tried calling and emailing them, but they ignored me completely. They wasted my time and energy for no reason. They asked for a bunch of documents, some of which weren't even necessary, and I gave them everything on time. They didn't even bother to tell me why they rejected it. Overall, this agency is awful, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone."
