"Utterly disappointed with this company's service. My delivery is facing unacceptable delays. To make matters worse, multiple attempts to call have gone completely unanswered. Their lack of communication and disregard for customer inquiries is frankly appalling."

"Truly, the worst delivery service I have known. One email to say that the package will be delivered within two working days; while others are able to predict a delivery, within a two-hour window, on a specific day. Most recently (and not for the first time!!) my package did not arrive, despite that two day timespan. On a previous occasion my package was left in the street: see attached photo (dog, harmless anyway, was in the house with me when this was left). In future I will rethink my on-line purchasing wherever I see Colis Prive involved with delivery. I'm giving 1 star (I'd prefer to give none) just so I can post this review."

"I received an email informing me that a package had been damaged, and the shipper had been informed. I called and asked for clarification, whether it was DHL, or the distributor in Sweden they'd informed. They couldn't tell me, and said it would take seven days for a claim. Useless uninformed customer service, and slow delivery. I'll do whatever I can to avoid using this company again."
