Agence immobilière ERA VDS IMMOBILIER Peipin Sisteron

"In spite of us not speaking very much French, the staff at ERA were very patient and friendly throughout. They helped us through the daunting process of renting a property in France for the first time and we are very pleased with the result. We would definitely recommend ERA Peipin and Mme. Colak and Mme. Leonardi."

"Saying that buying a house in Provence form more than 7000 km away was not easy is definitely an understatement. Contacting various listing agents via email and requesting information yielded practically zero responses and, to our frustration, good houses sold quickly. On one of the trips, my wife walked into ERA agency in Peipin and talked to the owner, Bénédicte. That was a game changer. We quickly realized that we were extremely lucky to have found her. She listened to what we wanted and was very responsive and attentive throughout the whole house-hunting process. After several virtual tours and three overseas trips, she found us, through her vast network of real estate connections, a beautiful house before it ever came on the market. The house had everything we wanted and a perfect, open floor plan, so our house-hunting adventure in Provence has a happy ending. Thank you Bénédicte and the team."

"J’ai fait appel à Jean Corona pour estimer ma maison dans le cadre d’une donation, et je suis entièrement satisfait de son travail. Il a été très professionnel, réactif et précis dans son évaluation. Son expertise et ses conseils m’ont beaucoup aidé à y voir plus clair dans mes démarches. En plus de son sérieux, il est très à l’écoute et prend le temps d’expliquer chaque étape. Je recommande vivement ses services !"
