Le Cercle du Progrès - Bistrot / Epicerie / Services

"Was hoping for better and really could be great. Had a meal last night here. Service okay, the setting fantastic, food average unfortunately. I had the butchers cut which was a steak. Cooked blue as asked, but was tough and average taste wise. I couldn’t say anything to the waitress as she never asked if our meal was okay once. It was a shame as the setting is great but there is better in the area for the price."
