The staff at Giletta was always approachable, friendly and attentive so that I could feel comfortable. I give 3 stars as an average: 2 stars (poor) to the venue, 5 stars to Giletta's staff."

"I was recommended Giletta by my school that I was coming from overseas for exchange. Since I had no other options I decided to go with them and it was just right! I was dealing with Simone and he was super helpful from the beginning replying my tons of emails and concerns. My relocation was super smooth and transparent, the conditions of the rentals were better than private. Once I had my breakers tripped at midnight and I called the owner and he helped me to fix that. The deposit was returned on my account very fast. I am grateful for all the work they done to be as efficient as they are! Especially for France (if you know what I am talking about lol). Highly recommend for students' allocations!"
