"We had a great experience working with Dot IT on building our company website. From the very beginning, the team was professional, responsive, and truly understood our vision. They created a sleek, modern, and user-friendly website that perfectly represents our brand and product portfolio. Communication was smooth throughout the project, and they were always open to feedback and quick to implement any changes we needed. We’re already seeing positive results—from increased inquiries to better visibility online. I highly recommend Dot IT to anyone looking for a reliable partner in web development and digital branding. Thank you for turning our ideas into reality!"
"Review for eementor.co and shop.eementor.co Unfortunately, my experience with Dot IT was disappointing, particularly regarding their after-sales service. Despite receiving a notification that our website was finished, over 70% of the basic functions for an online store were missing upon review. This was not the standard I expected from an experienced company, especially given the premium price we paid. While we worked together to address the feedback, I ended up contributing to the development process myself to expedite progress. After making the final payment—on the understanding that we would continue refining the website during the agreed three-month technical support period—I was met with limited follow-up on my comments. I provided organized feedback in a Google Doc, categorized as critical or normal, expecting proactive communication and updates. Instead, I had to engage in constant follow-ups, a process I only expect when working with freelancers, not professional agencies. This lack of initiative was frustrating, especially as I had communicated my prior negative experiences with freelancers and chose Dot IT for a seamless, professional service. Additionally, while we agreed to use the same server and hosting, the basic theme used was a surprise. I had anticipated more effort in redesigning the site, particularly as that was the primary reason for the contract."
